About Ipek Koca
Ipek Koca is a dynamic professional with an international background in business, fashion, and operations. She studied Business and Management at Queen Mary University of London and went on to complete her Master’s in International Business at Hult International Business School’s San Francisco campus.
Her career began in New York City, where she worked in the retail industry and gained firsthand experience in the fashion sector. In 2020, Ipek moved to Boston to join her family’s business—a private-label manufacturing company supplying major retailers such as CVS and Family Dollar. There, she supported business development and oversaw key operations.
Following her engagement to Kyle Buyuksakayan, Ipek transitioned into the role of Operations Manager, where she now focuses on driving growth through marketing strategy, client seminars, and streamlined internal systems across their real estate ventures.
Outside of her professional career, Ipek is also a classically trained ballerina. She danced for over 16 years, performed in numerous productions, and graduated from the prestigious Royal Academy of Dance—bringing discipline, grace, and creativity into everything she does.
