By the end of interactions and transactions, I was convinced that working with him was a fulfilling experience because he is people-centered, effective, efficient, and available 24/7. Consequently, he led me to higher-quality properties in the best neighborhoods, which together bring joyful smiles daily. Perhaps more unique are his negotiation skills, which allowed me to save thousands of dollars. Kyle targeted properties with higher listing prices than my budget. Yet, he saved thousands of dollars at every closure of the purchase agreement. Another way he helped me save money is by not allowing me to spend money on private transport like Uber during property tours, given that I had no car. He offered me rides to and from resort tours. He also refused my monetary offers for gas. In short, working with Kyle was a great opportunity, and his services are beyond my expectations. Buying properties through Kyle would be a gamble, full of losses and regrets, given that my choice of him was less informed. Yet, Kyle made me feel like I had met and known him some years before, as evidenced by the experiences I have described above. I plan to request his services again in the future.
